I have often stated that going through the workers compensation process can sometimes be like going through a difficult relationship. When payments and medical benefits are provided timely, all is well. However, when an injury is denied, treatment is delayed, or payments are not provided, the process can be confusing and frustrating. Social Security

Oftentimes, your injury prevents you from returning to work longer than you expect. In those situations, you may be entitled to Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits (SSDIB) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
